Refunds, Returns, Cancellations

Effective date: April 4, 2024

Refunds: We strive to provide you with high-quality products, but if your order arrives damaged, we are here to help. To be eligible for a refund due to damage, please provide proof of the damaged product, such as clear photographs, within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we have reviewed the evidence and confirmed the damage, we will initiate the refund process.

Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

Returns: If you wish to return an undamaged product for any reason other than damage during shipping, you may do so within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us to receive instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the product is returned in undamaged condition.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is undamaged, we will process your refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
